Institute Pulse — one screen a director checks every morning: deadlines, fee collection, receivables, enrollment, and faculty load. Live and in use. See it yourself at /demo-coaching-institute-dashboard.html.

Live and in use
A coaching institute runs on three overlapping calendars at once — exam dates, admission cutoffs, and instalment due dates — each tied to a different batch, with hundreds of students depending on the institute staying on top of all three simultaneously. Layer in fee collection running behind on some batches while others are already full, and faculty load swinging batch to batch during admission season, and the director's real job becomes reconciling calendars nobody put in one place.
Institute Pulse — a single-page dashboard a director opens once each morning. A deadline tracker merges exams, admission cutoffs and fee due dates into one list, sorted by urgency, with the student count each one affects. Fee receivables ageing gets deliberately prominent treatment — a highlighted card placed right after the deadline tracker, with the total and the "aged past 60 days" share stated before the chart even loads — because for this client, fee collection was consistently the single biggest source of daily friction. Enrollment by course, faculty utilisation, and a top-batches revenue table round out the rest. In the delivered build this data syncs live from the institute's own student management and accounting software; the public demo below stands in sample data for that live feed so it can be shown without exposing real student data.

Every dashboard in this series reuses the same token system and component language, but not every metric deserves equal visual weight. The director told us plainly that chasing overdue fees was the daily headache, so receivables ageing isn't just one chart among several — it's a highlighted, full-width card placed second, right after the deadline tracker, with the outstanding total and the aged-past-60-days share stated in plain numbers before anyone has to read the chart. The rest of the layout stays quiet so that card is the one thing that reads as urgent on first glance.
A dashboard built around how your team actually works, not a generic template.
