These terms cover two things: using the kasatech.in website, and the general terms that apply when you engage Kasa Tech ("we," "us," "our") for a project. Specific pricing, scope, and timeline for any project are agreed separately in writing (a quote or proposal) before work begins — these terms fill in the general framework around that agreement, not the project specifics themselves.
You're welcome to browse this site, read the blog, and use the contact form to reach out. Please don't attempt to scrape, copy, or republish site content wholesale, probe the site for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use the contact form for spam or unrelated solicitation.
Content on this site — text, design, code, and the Kasa Tech name and logo — belongs to Kasa Tech unless stated otherwise. Blog posts may be shared or quoted with attribution and a link back to the original.
Kasa Tech provides AI automation and AI agent development, AI integration into existing software, web development, mobile app development, SaaS product development, and ERP implementation, as described on this site.
Every engagement starts with a free, no-obligation discovery call. If we agree to proceed, you'll receive a fixed-scope quote covering the specific workflow, integrations, timeline, and price before any work begins — see the starting packages for indicative pricing. Payment terms (deposit, milestones, invoicing) are set out in that individual quote or proposal, not fixed here, since they can vary by project size.
Work proceeds according to the scope agreed in your quote. If you'd like to add functionality, integrations, or requirements beyond that scope partway through, we'll flag it and agree on any change to price or timeline before proceeding — we don't silently expand scope or silently bill for it.
Once a project is paid in full, you own the custom code, workflows, and configurations built specifically for you. Kasa Tech retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, internal frameworks, and general methods used to build it — the same underlying approach may be reused on other projects, but your specific implementation and data are yours. With your permission, we may reference completed projects as case studies; we won't do so without asking first.
Support periods included with each package are described on the pricing page — 2 weeks for Starter Automation, 30 days for Growth Automation, and ongoing retainer options for custom/enterprise engagements. Support beyond the included period, or unrelated to the original scope, is billed separately by agreement.
Anything you share with us to scope or build your project — business processes, data, credentials needed for integration — is treated as confidential and used only for delivering your project. We don't disclose it to third parties except where needed to build the system itself (e.g., the AI/automation tools your project runs on).
We build things carefully and test with real data before go-live, as described in our process. That said, to the extent permitted by law, Kasa Tech's liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that specific project, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (like lost profits) arising from its use. This isn't meant to disclaim responsibility for the work itself — it's a standard limit so that project risk stays proportional to project size.
Either side can end an engagement with written notice (email is fine). You pay for work completed up to that point; any prepaid amount for work not yet delivered is handled per the terms in your specific quote.
