The Challenge

Most car-care and PPF studios in India run entirely on Instagram and word of mouth — no real website at all. That's a gap when your clientele are owners of Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Land Rover vehicles who expect a certain level of polish before they'll trust anyone with their car's paint. D-COATT, an authorised XPEL showroom in Vesu, Surat, needed a site that felt as considered as the work happening on their studio floor — without slowing down the one thing that actually drives bookings for a local service business: a direct message, not a contact form.

The Solution

A fast, static site built on Astro, with a dark, gold-accented aesthetic drawn from the studio's own branding rather than a generic automotive template. Every service card links straight to WhatsApp with a message pre-filled for that exact service — "I'd like a quote for Ceramic Coating on my car," "I'd like a quote for XPEL Paint Protection Film (PPF) on my car" — so a lead arrives on WhatsApp already telling the studio what they want, no back-and-forth needed. There's no contact form anywhere on the site; every path leads to WhatsApp, because that's how this business actually gets booked.

Why this approach

A luxury car owner deciding where to get paint protection done is judging trust as much as price — the site had to look like it belonged to a studio that handles a Porsche with the same care as a Maruti. At the same time, this is a local Surat business, not an e-commerce brand: the entire funnel is built around WhatsApp, the channel Indian local-service customers actually use, with every CTA already knowing which service the visitor was looking at when they clicked. No lead sits in a form inbox waiting to be checked.
